  • Personal Details: Name, address, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar (for KYC), contact details (mobile number, email ID), bank account information, nomination details, and investment preferences.
  • Financial Details: Annual income range, net worth, existing investments, risk profile assessment responses, investment horizon, goals, and transaction history.
  • KYC Documents: PAN card copy, Aadhaar card copy, address proof, photograph, bank statement or cancelled cheque, FATCA/CRS self-declaration, and UBO details (for non-individual investors).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and cookies when you visit our website.

We do NOT collect unnecessary personal data such as religion, caste, political affiliation, or any data not required for mutual fund distribution services and regulatory compliance.

  • We share your data only in these specific situations, and never beyond what is necessary: With AMCs and RTAs for processing your mutual fund transactions (CAMS, KFintech, and respective AMCs); With SEBI, AMFI, upon official request or regulatory order (mandatory compliance); With KYC Registration Agencies (CKYC/CVL KRA) for KYC verification; With PMS Providers for PMS distribution facilitation; With our technology providers (Redvision, Advisorkhoj, Sanchay CRM) for portfolio tracking and back-office operations, under strict confidentiality; With legal or compliance advisors when legally required.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage & Security Measures

Digital records are maintained in Redvision/Advisorkhoj back-office systems and Sanchay CRM, all password-protected with role-based access. Physical documents are stored in locked cabinets at our registered office. All website communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS. We conduct periodic security reviews and maintain access logs. Only authorized partners and staff have access to client data on a need-to-know basis.

7. Data Retention & Disposal

Client records are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 8 (eight) years post-termination, as required under SEBI/AMFI regulations and PMLA. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 8 years from the date of transaction. Complaint records are retained for 8 years from the date of closure. After the retention period, data is securely destroyed (digital: permanent deletion; physical: shredding).
